Had a great stay at Edwin's! The house is the perfect distance to walk all through Austin. Tons of amenities included which made the place feel like home for a large group. Would definitely stay again!

This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. They thought of so many details that made it a great stay. the kitchen was not only stocked with pots and pans and dishes and mugs and coffee maker and kettle, but it also had condiments cereal, and even Sundries like Band-Aids and allergy medicine. the beds were comfortable, the place is new. there's even a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for those who have trouble with stairs, but it could use a support bar in the shower. There are no dressers in 3 of the 4 bedrooms so if you don't have a luggage rack you have to live out of a suitcase on the floor. however they were very responsive when I asked for luggage racks and made a trip late at night to bring them to me. the outside patio space is really nice and even has a shade. The area isn't super great but we felt safe, you can walk to some really good places I just wouldn't go alone. I would definitely stay here again. Five stars!

This stay was great, it was in an awesome area with the building privately fenced in. Was walkable / short uber rider from great amenities in the area. This airbnb featured great balcony and rooms that made it one great and amazing stay in Austin. The small additional features like a provided speaker, ping pong table, sleep masks and ear plugs, etc. made this an amazing stay 10/10 highly recommended a stay here!!!

Edwin's place was great!! The check-in instructions were very clear and informative, with labels everywhere (QR codes to learn how to operate certain things, lighting labels, etc.) to clearly tell me what and where things were. Having a free parking space was a huge plus. Communication with Mindy was also great! Mindy promptly answered all my messages. Overall, I had a great stay at this place and would definitely recommend it!

Extremely well thought out place. Anything you would need is provided and available for use in the house. The hosts are extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Great location as well. It was a very nice stay.

We had an incredible stay. Edwin was very proactive and responsive. The home was inviting and fully stocked with everything we needed so we could focus on having fun and sharing laughs. Would return in a heartbeat!

Edwin and Mindy’s place is an excellent place to stay and to explore Austin. Walking distance from downtown and around the corner from target and whole foods, we found it to be most convenient. I enjoyed the view from the patio - where you can view the Austin skyline with a coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon. I would definitely book again.

This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette weekend! Edwin's place was very clean, and everything was well stocked! This is a perfect house for larger groups. The location was incredible - it's super walkable and easy to get ubers. We loved the rooftop patio, and all of the outdoor spaces!

This home had such a fun vibe, from the home’s 100-year-old history to its modern farmhouse conversion. The owners were also super accommodating, allowing us to add on an extra early day check-in due to travel. And they did this at an affordable cost! The instructions for the home were super easy. A lot of local hotspots were within walking distance. Street parking was always manageable, even with an 8-person passenger van!!
