I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this spot. The check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The place was also very clean, well-maintained, and has various amenities providing a comfortable home for the weekend. Being so close to downtown was a huge plus since everything was in such close proximity, making it easy to get around and explore. It really had everything needed for a relaxing, fun and safe weekend trip.

Edwin's home was the perfect place to experience Austin. I liked it so much this is my 2nd stay (first in 2022). The home has been kept in excellent condition the communication is superior to almost all of my Airbnb stays. Highly recommend!

Loveddd my stay here everything was as described, i felt safe at all time even when walking to target. Great location and host was super sweet and respectful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!!!

We had a mini-reunion of high school friends, and stayed at Edwin's place. It was fantastic, with plenty of room and good living spaces. Everything was clean and cozy. But two things really, really stand out about Edwin's place: - The roof deck is a really, really wonderful place to hang out, especially at night with incredible views of the Austin skyline. Maybe a little tough to avoid making too much noise late at night, but it's really special. - The location is fantastic. Steps away, we had incredible bars, restaurants, patios -- all of which made our reunion so much better than we could have hoped. Particularly enjoyed hanging out at Uptown and Cosmic.

Edwin’s place has everything you need for a group trip! We were so comforted by all the special touches — from condiments ready in the fridge, to last-minute help with the grill, extra towels, labeled drawers and more. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Austin as well. Really glad we chose this spot for our friend’s bachelor party. Thanks!

The place was fantastic, easy to access, well maintained and very right located to the heart if Austin. The place was worth the price to pay. I would totally recommend it.

A great spot! 15 min or less walks to all the fun districts of Austin. Extremely well priced for larger groups. The backyard area was very relaxing and the kitchen had all the tools needed to make food. All in all great experience.

Great house, comfortable inside as well as in the outdoor area. Easy access to groceries/shopping and steps away from more good bars and restaurants than you will have time to visit. I would love to stay there again on a future trip to Austin!

The place is very close to the downtown though very quiet. I loved the terrace, clear instructions and notes around the house, picturesque view from the window. I could see that place was designed with a lot of care. It is very comfortable. Host was very helpful. Thank you very much!

Great place to stay. Had amazing views and lots of things in walking distance. The house had amazing amenities and was the perfect place for 9 girls to stay. Edwin was very responsive and extremely helpful.
