It was a nice experience staying here. One thing I really liked about was that the owner allowed me to leave luggage inside the yard for some extra time after check out time so that I can check out the room early, enjoy some activities and come back later to pick up my luggage.

This home had such a fun vibe, from the home’s 100-year-old history to its modern farmhouse conversion. The owners were also super accommodating, allowing us to add on an extra early day check-in due to travel. And they did this at an affordable cost! The instructions for the home were super easy. A lot of local hotspots were within walking distance. Street parking was always manageable, even with an 8-person passenger van!!

This was a lovely AirBNB - the description and photos were very accurate, and they clearly described all amenities that were in the loft. Very detailed instructions on how to unlock gates and the loft (isn't it annoying when you're given the lock's code but not given important details, like turning a knob or pushing a latch at the same time?). Clear instructions on connecting to Wifi, and the already connected Netflix on the TV (you don't need to type in your own log in!) was very appreciated. Well stocked with towels and washcloths. The loft was one of the cleanest AirBNBs I've ever stayed in. The loft was completely charming, even more so than in the pictures. Would happily stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time at Edwin’s house. The home was even more beautiful in person than it was in pictures. The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and the bedrooms were beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Location provided walkable access to lots of local attractions. Check in and check out was simple and well explained. Free on street parking. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient.

This was a GREAT spot!! Edwin (and co-hosts) gave clear instructions prior to arrival and were very responsive throughout my stay! It’s was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to walk around to dinner/bars. I would 100% stay there again for my next Austin trip!

This has to be one of our best experiences with Airbnb. Edwin and Mindy were super communicative and made sure our check-in was easy. We truly loved their place; it was very comfortable and felt safe. It's also in a great location! It's walking distance to many go-to places!

Amazing place to stay in Austin, we were a group of four friends and we had plenty of space. It's a beautiful, comfortable and clean home and was set up perfectly for guests. We loved the rooftop and the pong table in the backyard! Communication from the hosts was great - highly recommend staying here.

Loved the location. It was very quiet where we were (description says scrapyard next-door, but we didn’t have an issue with noise). Centrally located so everything was easily walkable. 12 minutes from the airport. Bars and restaurants were a 5 to 15 minute walk. Joe Rogan’s comedy club was a 15 minute walk. Perfect for a group trip.
