The downstairs defines open floor plan and is designed with large groups in mind, whether you are here with friends, family, or colleagues. A glass wall opens up to the patio for those who want an outdoor/indoor experience. Our living room is supplied with an 82" 4K smart TV, PS4, Netflix, Hulu, Disgney, ESPN, and Chromecast connected through high-speed wifi internet. Dine on our beautiful quartz kitchen island or locally hand-crafted wood dining table and benches. Additionally, free street parking 24/7 and coffee are provided. There is a separate garage apartment in the back about 15' away and there may be a group renting at the same time as your stay. House Rules

This is NOT a party house. Please respect our home and the following rules. If you’re unable to follow them, please do not book or inquire. Thank you! Absolutely no smoking, illegal drugs, or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in additional charges and possible removal from the property. 1. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors. Noise complaints may result in early termination of your stay. If a neighbor complaint leads to a guest refund, that amount will be charged to the guest(s) responsible. 2. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. 3. Any bodily fluids not properly cleaned will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee per occurrence. This includes, but is not limited to, vomit, urine, and blood. 4. All decorations must be fully removed before checkout. This includes confetti, balloons, and anything attached with tape or adhesives. Cleaners will charge a decor removal fee if any items are left behind. 5. Towel policy: Towels are for indoor use only. Do not use them for the pool, beach, or off-property. Please do not use towels to remove makeup or clean spills — we provide microfiber cloths and paper towels for that. A $15 fee will apply for any stained or damaged towels. 6. No pets are allowed on the property. 7. Always lock up behind you when leaving the home. Have fun and enjoy your stay, but please treat our home with care.

Our family-oriented neighbors are super friendly, and if they wave to you, give them a wave back! Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 9 PM - 9 AM.

We had an incredible stay. Edwin was very proactive and responsive. The home was inviting and fully stocked with everything we needed so we could focus on having fun and sharing laughs. Would return in a heartbeat!

Find us

Free street parking in front of the house. Uber and Lyft rides are fast and cheap. Plenty of electronic scooters near the house. A lot of great venues within walking distance.
